Africa has been the travel destination of my dreams since I was a kid reading the Jungle Book and hearing about Hemingway’s African safari adventures. After leaving Cuba, Africa was one of my top travel destinations on my bucket list until I finally visited last year! Coming from a mixed race heritage I have always felt a special connection to the continent. Now that I’ve been on a safari of my own, swam in paradisiac islands and discovered the best places to visit in Africa, I can’t wait to go back! I dream every day about flying on the Kenyan savannah during the Great Migration, sailing into a Seychelles’ sunset, cliff diving in Victoria Falls or walking through the streets of Cape Town.
