As a child I trained rigorously in classical ballet for more than 10 years. 4 years ago I fell in love with fitness again, mostly to help deal with the stress and anxiety I was having from work and other sources. Today I’m still a fitness enthusiast! I love working out, trying different workout routines and fitness classes, and just staying active no matter what I’m doing or where I am. It hasn’t always been this way, and I completely understand the struggle of going to the gym and keeping focused on fitness. It’s not easy, but everyone CAN do it!
