As I fell back in love with fitness 4 years ago, I realized that the even more important than fitness level is how we take care of our bodies. Thereβs a lot that goes into staying in peak health! What we eat is a big part, but thatβs is just one part of healthy living. Finding ways to live without stress and anxiety is also a huge factor, as is nutrition and keeping things natural. I try to maintain a diet of mostly whole, unprocessed foods and keep a balance between strict eating and living life. Iβve also struggled with anxiety since I was a kid, and Iβm always searching for new ways to overcome it. This section will hopefully inspire you and help you to find the right healthy balance FOR YOU. Everyone is different, and what works for you might be different from what works for someone else. While you will ultimately learn what works for you on your own, I want to give suggestions and health tips that will help point you in the right direction on your journey of self-discovery.
