As I fell back in love with fitness 4 years ago, I realized that the even more important than fitness level is overall Health and how we take care of our bodies. There’s a lot that goes into staying in peak health! What we eat is a big part, but that’s is just one part of healthy living. Finding ways to live without stress and anxiety is also a huge factor, as is nutrition and keeping things natural. I try to maintain a diet of mostly whole, unprocessed foods and keep a balance between strict eating and living life. I’ve also struggled with anxiety since I was a kid, and I’m always searching for new ways to overcome it. This section will hopefully inspire you and help you to find the right healthy balance FOR YOU. Everyone is different, and what works for you might be different from what works for someone else. While you will ultimately learn what works for you on your own, I want to give suggestions and health tips that will help point you in the right direction on your journey of self-discovery.  Whether it’s tips on how to stop drinking or how to make extra space in your travel bag for some healthy food, these health articles will teach you something or help you think about a familiar topic in new ways. Most of all, this is a section to help everyone (you, me, and everyone in between) to not only look our best but also to feel amazing and live the best lives we can.
