Ingredients

  • For the caramelized onions

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • Salt, to taste

  • 1 tablespoon of dry white wine or cognac

  • 1 tablespoon beef stock

  3. In a small pan, melt unsalted or salted butter over medium heat. Add the parsley and cook briefly until fragrant and lightly caramelized. Set aside.

  4. In a mixing bowl, combine your creamy base of choice or the Greek yogurt with thyme and black pepper.
